I'll have what she's having and other eye-catching headlines

Katz's Deli in New York City makes awesome food.  It's also famous as the site where Meg Ryan had her "fake orgasm" in the film "When Harry Met Sally."  There's a sign on the wall next to the exact table where the scene was filmed.  Now Katz's is suing a food truck called Katz and Dogs that's allegedly trading on the deli's film fame.

Chelsea Handler called Piers Morgan a "terrible interviewer" during her appearance on his show.  Considering lots of networks are pursuing her when her contract with E! runs out next year, while Piers is about to head off into talk-show has-been hiatus, maybe she has a point.

Jackie Gaughan has died at the age of 93.  He was a pioneer in the casino industry in Las Vegas, particularly in the downtown "Glitter Gulch" days.  The list of downtown hotel/casinos that he owned or had an interest in at some point is lengthy.  Even in his later years he kept a close eye on things and played poker regularly at his El Cortez.  RIP.

Matt and Amy Roloff, stars of the reality program "Little People, Big World" have separated.  Fans of the reality show are hopeful that this trial separation will be a short split.

Women do kiss and tell, if the man says the wrong thing.  Clare Crawley, the spurned finalist on "The Bachelor" apparently fessed up to someone what awful thing Juan Pablo whispered in her ear during their helicopter date.  Sources are claiming he said "I love f!$*&ing you but I don't know you."

A lawsuit alleges that Amazon.com is defrauding its Amazon Prime members.  People who join Amazon Prime pay $79 a year and get two-day shipping for free on all purchases.  The suit claims Amazon is telling vendors to build the cost of shipping into the price they charge Prime members.

The Centurylink Arena in Boise, ID serves small beers for $4 and large beers for $7.  Now they face a class action lawsuit because it turns out the two different sized cups actually hold the same amount of beer.

"Anita Hill:  Speaking Truth to Power" is a new documentary film on an old subject, the sexual harassment accusations Ms Hill made against Clarence Thomas during his confirmation hearings in the Senate.  Reporter's note:  I don't doubt Ms Hill's allegations for a moment, but I do wonder why she followed him from the Department of Education to the EEOC, if she was being harassed on the first job with him?

Buffalo Wild Wings, a chain that is growing like wildfire, is going to feature the NTN Buzztime tablets at all of its locations.  The tablets allow patrons to not just play trivia or other games, but also to order food, ask for their bill and more.  500 locations should have them in place by the end of this year.

Reports of the death of Chumlee (real name Austin Russell), one of the key cast members on the reality show "Pawn Stars" were greatly exaggerated.  He has taken to Twitter to debunk the claims.

The Senate has reached a compromise deal on extending unemployment benefits once again.

Tina Fey says there will not be a "Mean Girls" reunion film.

Rachel Cateyes is not happy that a weight loss website has stolen her photo and is using it without her permission to advertise their product.

The Citibank executive who is the third most highly compensated executive in the company just saw his pay slashed as a consequence for poor management.  Manuel Medina-Mora's compensation in 2013 was only $14 million, down from $15.1 million the year before.  Reporter's note:  However will he manage to make ends meet with such a harsh punishment?

The California Employment Development Department refused to invest less than $350,000 for software modifications that would have resulted in the agency recouping more than $500 million in overpayment of unemployment benefits between 2011 and 2014.

A YMCA in Oklahoma is being accused of refusing to sell family memberships to same-sex couples and their dependents.  Reporter's note:  I suspect Jesus Christ would have taken a dim view of the lack of true Christianity among those bigots.

The guy who was declared dead and woke up just before he was to be embalmed has died.  Again.  Stay tuned to see if he wakes up at the mortuary.
