Military retirees and those approaching retirement are outraged at one item in the most recent budget deal. This item cuts one percentage point from the annual cost of living adjustments for military retirees who are not yet 62 years of age, and are not disabled. Meanwhile, they fined Brandon Marshall $15,000 for wearing orange cleats. This from a league that says it is very concerned about player safety.
