Trivia on a Monday

My trivia teammates were playing the first round of Buzztime's Smartest Bar competition which runs all month long, but I couldn't join them.  I had a prior commitment to join a friend who is in town for a few days for dinner, and for trivia elsewhere.  We didn't do very well, but we had a lot of fun.

I meant to bring home all of the night's 20 questions and answers, but I left the sheet with them on it at the bar.  So I'm going to try to remember as many as possible and list them here.  They will not be in the order they were asked.
